Refunds and Rebates
Season Refund Policy: If a player decides not to play, refunds of 75% will be provided until noon on October 12th, 2022. This is the maximum WEHL can offer due to non-refundable costs such as insurance and Hockey Canada / Hockey Eastern Ontario fees. There will be no refunds after that date.
COVID-19 Shutdown: If we are unable to offer a full hockey season because Hockey Eastern Ontario or Ottawa Public Health shuts down minor hockey due to a COVID-19 outbreak, the City of Ottawa will refund WEHL for unused ice and that amount will be split amongst the players who are registered. If this is the case, you or your coach/manager will be contacted by WEHL
Family Rebates: A $75 rebate is offered to families who register three or more children. This rebate is generated automatically by the registration system if you register your children in a single registration transaction.
Goalie Equipment Rebates: A $250 rebate is offered to goalies who provide their own equipment. You can request a rebate by clicking the link below to complete the application on our secure web form.
