Refunds and Rebates

Season Refund Policy: If a player decides to withdraw from the WEHL after registering, a refund of 75% will be provided until 12 PM on October 11th, 2024. This is the maximum amount the WEHL can offer due to non-refundable costs such as insurance as well as Hockey Canada and Hockey Eastern Ontario fees. There will be no refunds after this date. See below for information on how to submit your refund request.

Family Rebates: A $75 rebate is available to families who register three or more children with the WEHL. This rebate is automatically applied during the online registration process when you register all players in a single transaction.

How to Request a Refund or Rebate

To claim a refund or rebate, click the link below and complete the application via our secure web form. This application must be received by the Treasurer and submitted by 12 PM on October 11, 2024.

Expense Reimbursement 

If you need reimbursement for coaching courses or other administrative league costs, please complete the WEHL Expense Reimbursement Form and submit it to our Treasurer and Cc your level Convenor.
