WHAT IS A BLACKOUT DATE?
When a team is unavailable to play a scheduled game or practice due to a team activity (e.g. Tournament), Coaches are required to submit a blackout request in advance to our VP of Ice & Scheduling. The League (BMHL & WEHL) will make every effort to reschedule the game and/or practice if Coaches submit their request before the deadlines outlined below.
IMPORTANT: This schedule is subject to change. In this event, the WEHL will notify Coaches by email as soon as possible.

Each schedule release date is based on current team information and blackout submissions received by the corresponding deadline.
Requests for changes after these dates will not be accommodated.
